If we asked him to look at anything that was not on his list he had no problem doing it for us. He did everything we needed him to do. We would use their services in the future if needed.

Description of Work: Bill Sain inspected my home on May 10. He submitted a checklist of items that needed to be addressed regarding my house. He also wrote a written report of what he found wrong and right with my house.

+ -1 moreI BUILT A NEW HOME IN 1997 AND HAD A HOME INSPECTO INSPECT THE BUILDER'S WORK. THIS INCLUDED A FINAL INSPECTION JUST BEFORE I SETTLED. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIS WORK, WHICH WAS TIMELY, COMPLETE AND CONCIENTOUS. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.
