It was a very good experience overall and this company is very professional, efficient, and is a well-run organization. Rick Carter, the owner, was involved throughout the process and monitored the progress thoroughly. The guys displayed work ethics and quality as though if it was their own home and my wife and I appreciated that. I just hired Rick to paint the exterior of another home I own in the area without hesitation.

Their price was just a little bit higher than we thought. In all fairness, we weren't sure if it was a fair price or not. We hadn't done any comparisons. They only reason we didn't respond to them was because we weren't sure. It was just a little too high for us. They were great. They were very professional. They were right on the program as far as coming out here and giving us the estimate. There is really nothing they could improve upon; they were fine. I would use them again if I could afford it.

These guys were amazing. Seriously amazing. I have some painting and drywall experience and can tell you that the job, which was complex, was perfect and flawless. If I could give them an A++ I would.

I contacted Accents Professional Painting for a quote. They replied promptly and we set an appointment for an estimate. They arrived on time and were very thorough in explaining exactly what services they would do. I received their written quote the same day. We did not hire them because we wanted to start right away and they were unable to do so. I have no doubts that if we had hired them they would have done an excellent job. We will certainly contact them again the next time we need painting done.

Was given a quote by owner of cost and time, and the estimate was off as I needed to purchase 2 additional cans of paint. All is all it went well however, and quality of job was good.

Exceeded our expectations. They not only painted the walls and ceiling but they fixed everything! Our home is about 50 years old and it currently looks new. The holes, wallpaper, scrapes, etc from half a century disappeared. They took their time fixing everything, mudding, priming and then applying the paint. The crew was beyond professional and the owner (Rick) made the whole experience easy and pleasant. In my lifetime I cannot singularly think of a more enjoyable investment of my money into a service.

Asked them to look at a needed dry wall repair, they said they were unable to do so. Got a refund.

Accents did a great job repairing the holes in my drywall leaving me with sanded and primed drywall that was ready to paint. They also replaced baseboards that were pulled loose or broken during the initial water leak and pipe repair. I was able to get a matching paint so things are looking great again. Accents showed up when they said they'd be there. And finished it all in less than 4 hours. Very happy with the result.

The team was punctual and did an excellent job. They painted our door, shutters, post and trim. Once completed, they cleaned the area and did a detailed inspection to ensure that the work was done to our satisfaction.

Great. Several large holes that had to be repaired as well as numerous nail pops and cracks that had developed in our 33 year old house and they did great job. They had to basically rebuild and skim coat the entire ceiling. Painting looks sharp and professional, clean up was very good, and they were very easy to,work with. The owner did what he promised, and did it well. His price was competitive with two other quotes and the quality of the final job is reflective of all the time spent to do the prep work properly.

Sergio was very prompt as promised and went right to work. ?He did a beautiful job especially replacing drywall behind the paneling which had been removed by the plumbers. ?He replaced the paneling and?the chair railing, and also caulked and painted all the necessary?areas. ?I cannot tell that there was ever any damage to the area. ???

All work was completed as promised. Work was fast, efficient, and professional. All hints of water damage have been erased. We are very satisfied with this company's work and will use them again in the future.

Although I choose another provider for the work, Rick had impressed me with his promptness in arriving for the estimation appointment, the thoroughness of copious notes he took about the proposed work, his detailed discussion of the nature of work he would perform, if selected, and the professional proposal he presented the next day that included all items previously discussed.

Vendor was supposed to get back to us with an estimate to strip wallpaper but sent it to wrong email address - we never got it.

The job went quickly and professionally. I like the care they took to avoid getting plaster dust all over. They knew what they were doing.

I am so happy with the work performed in my home, and I look forward to hiring Rick again. Rick was great to work with scheduling the repairs. Sergio was sent to my house, very punctual. He cleaned up the house before leaving. He offered us advice and tips on how to repair paint issues that were in the home from the previous owners. Overall experience with Accents was wonderful. Provider arrived on time. They taped, covered and hung plastic sheets to minimize spackle dust. We added the ceilings and an entryway at the last minute with no problems. Also repaired any settlement cracks prior to painting. They worked non stop and cleaned up each day before leaving. They even cleaned our bathroom mirrors! They removed light fixtures & our refrigerator. They really did a wonderful job. We will have them back to do the bedrooms in the fall or early next year. They offered 15% discount this time which made the cost very reasonable.

Rick was great to work with scheduling the painting and picking colors. He was willing to use our preferred brand of paint even though it wasn't what he usually used. The team he sent to our house were very punctual every day, cleaned up the house every evening before leaving to allow it to be as child friendly as possible as we have a small child. They were extremely thorough cleaning the house once the work was completed even hand polishing all outlet covers before installing and dusting all floors and counters throughout the house. They even offered us advice and tips on how to repair paint issues that were in the home from the previous owners.
