Thomas was awesome to work with! He gave us a very fair quote on painting my dark kitchen cabinets ( circa 1985) and was able to complete the job in 3 days. Even though I changed my mind on a couple of decisions after he had given me the quote, he did the extra work, which required extra time, without any additional charges. He and his assistant arrived on time each day and worked without stopping until the job was completed. They were by far, the neatest and most professional painters I have ever worked with. The quality of their work is the best of any painters I have ever used. They did not rush through the prep work like so many other painters do. Thomas realized that one coat of primer was not going to work so a second coat was added before the 2 costs of finish paint. Phone calls and e-mails were always returned promptly and he was very forthcoming with suggestions when I had questions. We were out of town on the last day of painting and I never had one concern about leaving them to finish without us being there. Very honest and trustworthy. I have already recommended Thomas to several friends and plan to use him again in the near future.

Lots of money was spent with him! The problem was that after the work was done and paid for, if we had any questions or problems with or about the work and how it was done, there was no call back. No matter how many times I contacted via phone or email. He does not call back. Poor business practices. Once he's gone, he's really gone! I have no recourse because I have already paid him.
