I had a list of many chores that David handled well, in addition to a few quick helps when I got stuck as I tried to get them done on my own. He knew exactly how to fix the problems and when it was not fixable without additional materials. Excellent work ethic in addition to being a genuinely kind, honest, respectful person. I am extremely pleased and am starting a new list for another time for him.

I purchased the $119 4 hour handyman service mostly to find someone who truly was a handyman and see if they could really do the kind of work that we all need done occasionally. My list of projects was much longer than 4 hours. Denis arrived when he said and was ready to work. He worked according to my priorities. I was impressed with his honesty. He told me on one of my projects that I would be wasting my money to try to repair - that it wouldn't stay repaired and I should just replace. On a squirrel damage area, he pointed out to me that the repair I envisaged would be less than successful and I would be wasting my money, so he suggested a solution, that was more involved, but would ultimately solve my problem. I was very pleased with the work Denis completed during the initial 4 hours and have hired him to return to work on the other items on my list. Denis is very easy to get along with. He is careful and conscientious I would highly recommend Denis.

Denis is by far the best handyman I have ever hired. We needed to break down a partition wall in our kitchen to open up the space and redo the drywall next to it. He did an excellent job in a methodical and efficient way with no inconvenience to us at all. We had also asked him to install a chandelier light in our dining room. When he took out the existing light he found that the brace which held it up was not sturdy enough to hold up a heavier chandelier. This was something that I had not anticipated but he knew how to fix this problem and he reinforced the brace in such a way that it could support a heavier weight. He clearly has extensive knowledge of how to fix things around the house. He is meticulous and dependable, goes above and beyond and has a very positive attitude. I am very impressed with his level of expertise and I would highly recommend his services.

It went very well. He is just exceptional. Three weeks prior to that, he installed crown molding as well. He is just superb! He did a beautiful job.

I would give Denis the highest recommendation possible. He arrived on time and began work immediately. He was very personable, friendly and professional. His work ethic was nothing short of amazing. In 90 degree, humid conditions, he worked nonstop taking only a lunch break. He was very well prepared for the tasks performed, treating our home as if it was his own. His attention to detail was impeccable. Most of his time was spent on re-caulking our windows. While this may seem like a mundane project, he made sure every single piece of old material was removed completely before expertly applying a new bead of caulk around the entire window. The finished product was far superior to the original builders efforts. In addition to the caulking, Denis observed and repaired loose wood around the windows and cleaned a portion of a gutter guard near one of the windows. In summary, I would not hesitate to hire Denis again. In fact, we have already scheduled additional projects for him in the coming weeks.

Denis is very knowledgeable and skilled with all things a home owner needs, but what stuck out to me is how he really cares about the customer and doing the best job possible. He is punctual and very responsible. I will hire him again.

Great job completed quickly! He went to both Lowes and Home Depot looking for a piece of weatherstripping to match what was removed from the outside bottom of my back door. I also received some good advice about outside door frame and leaky faucet. I would definitely recommend 4 Quality Homes. The only negative comment I have is that I wish he had cleaned up after the work was done (example: old weatherstripping was left on the patio).

I would definitely hire Denis again and recommend him for various "honey do" tasks on your list.
