Chris, the owner, and Trey really care about their customers and the work that they do. If you were to look up the term "Customer Service" in the dictionary, their pictures would be there. We talked about the kind(s) of work and services they offer and it appears they "do it all." Judging by what they did for us, their professionalism, workmanship and overall interest in what they do, I will be sure to call them the next time I need to have work done on my house.
Description of Work: These guys are incredible! They came out to install an over the range microwave that we purchased from Sears. This unit replaced another one that was 19 years old and was installed by the builder of our house. They did a great job and took the time to explain what they were doing and did everything in short order. When we woke up the next morning (Saturday), there was water on the range itself and we were concerned that they had hit a water supply line with a screw. We called Sears and they called the installer who called us almost immediately. The indicated that we needed to turn off the water main to keep from having any water damage and they would come out as soon as possible. (They were working other jobs in the area and would fit us in ASAP.) They came out, removed the new microwave and cut into the sheet rock behind it. They discovered that 19 years ago, the installer of the original microwave had driven a screw through the drain line that was in the wall. This was the source of the water leak and had nothing to do with their installation the previous day. Rather than leaving us with the problem and having to find a plumber and then later someone to reinstall the microwave, they did everything on the spot. I might mention, too, that this work was part of a kitchen remodel which is including new counter tops and back splashes that are being done by another contractor. Had they not dropped what they were doing to help us, a major delay for the rest of the remodel would have occurred.
