They delivered gas and charged 2.41/gallon when they had quoted 1.79/gallon over the phone. It took 4 phone calls to get the price right on the invoice. Not once did the employees we talked to - Ruth and Jackie- indicate in any way that they cared that we had been inconvenienced and had to call so many times. The only reason we will continue to use their services is that it is a huge pain to swap out large outdoor propane gas tanks. Hopefully this company will learn some customer service skills by next year, or I'll bite the bullet and switch companies.
Description of Work: Delivered propane gas.

They are on time, show up when they say they are going to come, and we've never had a problem with them. We had another guy come that did not know much about it so we got somebody that dealt with that dealt with it all the time. I had spoken to him about coming out and looking at then maybe going back to get a part and stuff so they worked with us on that and they ended up charging us a real fair price for coming out, installing the part, and having the part with them. They came out the next day when I called them.
Description of Work: They came out and checked the logs, they would not lite, and they fixed the logs by putting a little part in there.

They came when they said they would, did what they said they would, and billed slightly less than the estimate because materials cost was less since the decision was made to vent the unit through the roof instead of the far wall. (Total cost was slightly higher due to cost of roofers.) The roofers came on a Saturday and were having trouble connecting the roof vent to the unit, so Jeff Trull, who installed the unit, came out on a beautiful Saturday and cheerfully helped them make the connection.
Description of Work: Wanted a tankless hot water heater installed to replace old electric tank heater in attic that was failing. Rather than give a guesstimate, John Skinner came over to see the space so he would know exactly what was required and gave me a cost for the unit, an estimate for their labor and installation parts, told me what would be required for installation and recommended a plumber, Brent Kiker, who was familiar with installing Rennai units, who turned out to be excellent. (Cost of plumber, roof vent installation, and running gas line not included because done by others)
