NO MOLD WNC

Shade and the team have been amazing working on getting rid of existing mold as well as installing a vapor barrier. Our house is small and older AND we were on a budget. I know we were not their biggest job by a long shot, but they worked with us and treated the job with the same time and care as the biggest job. They even noticed a leak coming from the bathroom pipes that was part of the moisture problem and helped fix that. Bonus points for getting to meet LLama the cheweenie on the job!

I called NoMoldWNC at 10am on Friday, and Bryant was able to come out for an inspection by 1pm! Prompt and friendly, Bryant finished his inspection, and we determined we need to fix the drainage around my foundation before we deal with the mold. Very honest and straight forward, I look forward to having him return when the drainage is fixed.

Our garage has had a musty mold problem for a few years and we finally just got tired of the smell and the thought that the air we were breathing, especially in the winter time, was not healthy for us. We contacted Pure Maintenance and Bryant, the owner, was very responsive. He scheduled an appointment for an inspection and was very prompt and courteous. It is always so nice to deal with service people who are professional, polite and thoughtful about their customer's time and schedules. Bryant and his team identified our problem and scheduled a convenient time to treat not only the garage but the duct work and I guess the whole HVAC system and interior spaces. We had to be gone for several hours but even when we returned the only lingering odor was a slight scent of vinegar which faded within a day. We had no recurrence of the mildew smell in the garage and we feel much better knowing that the products they used are safe for us and for the environment. I would definitely recommend Pure Maintenance to anyone I know of who is experiencing difficulties with mold or mildew. It's a pretty common problem up here in the mountains and it is nice to know that there are steps you can take to breathe the clear mountain air inside your home as well as outside!

They did more than asked and we are very happy and would use their services again if needed.
