Rich came to the house, discussed the options, provided advice on both style and wood and returned to install. Finished the project well within the time requested. Very attractive and fully functional. After three years no issues or deterioration. Most important was that we didn't need to be in residence while the installation took place and returned to a spotless result...no dust, no damage, no trash. And completely what we had agreed upon

From the initial contact through the building process and final products, everything went smoothly and the results were perfect. For the two pieces of furniture, I sketched out an idea for a built-in cabinet and a TV console, and even with my non-artistic skills, Rich was able to construct exactly what I envisioned. For the TV console, I was thinking of using cherry or maple, but Rich said that he had some beautiful wood that was looking for a home (bubinga (African Rosewood). He suggested using it in combination with the cherry wood because the contrast would be fantastic, and he was right. He also gave me some good tips on finishing my basement room.

Experience was excellent overall.

I had two golden oak cabinet doors that were damaged by a previous contractor. No replacements were available. I provided Rich with both damaged doors to use for reference. In a short time, he precisely recreated both of them from oak with a matching golden finish. They are completely identical to my original doors, except that they look brand new. Workmanship was outstanding. Both he and his wife were very professional and friendly to do business with.
