STAMEY HEATING & AIR COND

Description of Work: Installed ductless heating and air conditioning system in my new home and gave written warranty for system.

Description of Work: We had bought a house to rennovate. This was suppose to be a wonderful experience and ended up in a nghtmare. Stamey's at first gave us good estimates, provided everything they were going to do, everything we wanted. They were suposed to start 2 weeks before they started. when they finally decided to work on our home, they did not come to work until after lunch time and would only stay 2 hours tops. they were to do a job that could be done in a week, and it lastest from february 2012 to may 2012. I have pictures to prove all of this. they sent a man that was in toxicated to our home to work on the house, we addressed this to Stamey's several times and they assured us he would not come back. Well, he did and he left beer cans in our basement, blood on our bathroom wall where he had cut himself while intoxicated, not mention beer in a comode that was not plumbed in with urine, in our home. My husband and I ended up making him leave from our home and threatened to call police on him to leave. The owner of the company told us he was sorry that happened and told my husband we should have got physically violent with him. The work performance was so unacceptable. They were to pour a slab of concrete for our unit and didn't. this was all in the estimate. They were to run all sheet metal duct work, and they had to go back twice and rip out because we went back and looked and it was all flex duct(dryer vent material). our return was supposed to be sheet metal and it wasnt, we told them to replace it and they never did. they also done the plumbing. they were to re-plumb the whole house, which they did not. they attached it to existing pipes, which now when we turn our bathtub water on, rust water comes out We have to let the water run for awhile before we can use it. when they put our washing machine hook up in, they forgot to drill a hole for the drain. The first time I washed clothes, the water ended up all over the floor. the rooms they were not supposed to be in, they had stored there stuff in them. there were foot prints on the walls where they had propped there feet on walls. They had smoked in the house after we told them not too, they urinated in my husbands building in the corner (had a dirt floor) Please do not get theses people to do anything. I could go on and on of other things they did. This is the most un honest, laziest, worthless company we had ever dealt with. My husband suffered a flt tire as a result of them leaving pieces of sheet metal in drive way. the job was 10000.00 and they took off 2000.from the bill, which was not enough.
