I called on a Tuesday, I got a call back on Wednesday. We talked about him going out either Thursday around 6:00, if not definitely on Saturday and I never heard back from him. I don’t feel that it professional or trustworthy. I have a rental property with a leaking roof and I need to depend on people.

Repaired leaking roof for a very fair price, and got the temporary fix done very quickly. Due to rain and lots of demand, it took longer to get final fix and to get invoice. Great guy.

My two year old roof, which Tony did not install, started leaking again for the second time. Being fed up with the original installer I found Tony on Angies List. Fortunately Tony answered his phone on Saturday morning and we arranged for him to come out Tuesday afternoon. Due to the rain, Tony did not make it on Tuesday, but he did show up as promised on Wednesday afternoon. Going on our phone conversation Tony brought the parts needed to repair my roof. The original installer did not use the correct product to seal the roof where the vent stacks exit the house. Tony removed the old rubber parts and replace them with new parts and sealant. Tony was friendly and professional. I believe that he is an expert in his field and that he was able to perform a repair that will last many years. I felt that the price for Tony's repair was fair and reasonable. i will call Tony next time I have an issue with my roof.

Job was completed in less than a day, very professionally, all details of verbal and written estimate were carried out to the last item. I would highly recommend Tony Parker Roofing!

Tony Parker and his crew are professional showed on time and stayed until the job was finished. We are very happy with the job and would highly recommend him. We got a couple of quotes all were approximately the same price but after talking to Tony we felt very comfortable with him and hired him. He was on the job all day and made sure it was done rite and completely cleaned up when finished

The roof turned out beautiful and the crew did a great job. We were very pleased with the project until we discovered the overbilling of $940.00. Parker Roofing missed a payment we made in their accounting process which resulted in an overbilling. When we discovered the mistake and sent him copies of the cancelled check, proving the payment, he stopped returning any communication. It has been 4 months since we asked for a refund of the overpayment and he has not made any payments or responded with intent to pay.

We were very pleased. Showed up promptly, very professional. Kept in contact with us through all aspects of the roof.

Everything went well, he is very nice man. I had no problems with them.

Project went well considering the many challenges faced due to deterioration of the building. Some work which had not had prior authorization as stated in the contract was initiated and completed. This resulted in a higher cost of the project than budgeted. Contractor charged extra for coping which should have been in the roof pricing.

They were good. They came pretty prompt during the quote process.

Tony Parker was very diligent about finding the problem that nobody else could and he fixed it w/o breaking my bank account.

I interviewed 5 roofers and Tony's estimate included quality materials which the other roofers were not providing. So I didn't go with the lowest estimate but the comparison of materials was not the same! I had visited Tony and his crew on-site before deciding to use his services, and was aware of the professionalism and expertise they brought to the jobsite. Tony manages his crew - he is not an absent supervisor! From carefully spreading tarps and cleaning up at the end of every day to utmost care in performing each task - I could not be more pleased. I asked Tony to replace fascia and he not only replaced it, he painted it before installing. He hand crafted some "caps" I needed on exterior beams around the house. There was no mystery about the materials being used . . . everything was to my specifications and we had a daily recap of work performed. I felt that Tony and his crew wanted me to be not just pleased and totally satisfied with their work -- they wanted me to feel that my expectations (which were high!) were exceeded. I cannot speak highly enough of this experience. Tony is a wonderful, honest, straight-forward man and his crew members are craftsmen. He insists on attention to detail and is a perfectionist. It is not easy to write out a check for that much money, but I feel GREAT about the work and I am so proud of the finished product. I would recomment Parker Roofing to anyone looking for expertise, quality, and professionalism.

Climbed up on the roof, determined that leak was coming from around window frame. Suggested how to fix it. Didn't charge me.

The job went without a hitch. I was really impressed with the way the job site was always free of debris.

The initial response with estimate was within days. We wanted to be certain about the choice of shingles due to the very unusual location of our property such that is gets air movement from the Blue Ridge Mountains (Mt. Mitchell is in view) down the valley, across the lake and funneled up our yard. Thus we get a lot of pretty intense wind. We did a lot of researching (and were probably certifiable 'pain in butt') and initially chose a shingle that he discovered is only available in the Southeast which would add a significant shipping expense. At that point he put us in touch with his longstanding supplier who assisted us in choosing a relatively comparable product locally available. Once the shingles were delivered They were on the roof the next week (rain delay.) He also - no added charges - used the 5 nail pattern recommended for high wind areas. The roof looked great. Two weeks later we had a storm that brought 36 hours of sustained wind - greater in duration and intensity than experienced in our 30 years here and that of several neighbors of longer tenure. Thus we awoke on the Saturday morning before Christmas, leaving that day for 10 day trip to find that shingles from an approximately 3 ft. square area on the pavilion and 4 ft. square on the house - sections particularly vulnerable to wind damage - had blown off. Some had been ripped whole from all 5 nails - and others had taken the nails with them. Some had traveled quite a distance. We were quite fortunate compared with some of the neighbors; the only other damage was a scratch on my truck from the top of a maple tree that was blown down. We only lost power for about 6 hours. Mr. Parker was immediately responsive to my text message at 9:30 Saturday morning and assured me the problem would be fixed - as soon as the wind died down a bit more and it stopped raining. According to our neighbors he and his crew were on the roof early Monday morning, December 25th making temporary repairs (still some rain and wet.) By the time we arrived home Tuesday January 1st the "Permanent" (declared by Mr. Parker with some emphasis - I don't know what that entailed beyond the recommended additional high wind nailing pattern of the initial installation) work was complete. No additional charge. The price, communication, all aspects of the original installation were excellent. What is outstanding - and from what I found on multiple websites rare - is the degree of responsiveness to a problem after completion of the job in a situation that could understandably have been declared an "act of God" and not his responsibility. Here is excellent proof that he stands by his word. Our neighbors are talking with him about doing the work to repair their much more extensive damage. (He did not do the original work - just to be clear.)

Mr. Parker did an excellent job. He did everything he promised from the giving of the quote to finishing the job. I would not hesitate to call him again.

They were very responsive after I called them from the very beginning. They came out the same day and gave an estimate of the cost. They placed a tarp over the leaking skylight. After I gave them the go-ahead to do the work they were quick in getting back to do the job. They also were very careful to clean up properly during and after the job.

They were excellent! Everything was top notch. I couldn't be happier! They had high integrity, everything they said they would do they did.

Parker Roofing did an excellent job. They arrived with a full crew, took off the old shingles and put them in a dump truck for later removal. Put on the undercoat and the new shingles, all within 2 days. The job was excellent and the area neat and clean when they left. They provided all services as proposed in the estimate. I would highly recommend them

I could not have asked for a better job. He did what he said he would do - listed as follows: 1. As to scheduled meetings - arrived promptly at the time given 2, As to when I would receive an estimate - had estimate in hand at noted time 3. As to when he would arrive to start the job - arrived as stated 4. All worked completed as scheduled - beyond expectations. 5. As to clean-up - all debris was removed and grounds checked - especially for nails, His quality of work was excellent and again exceeded expectations. Mr. Parker stayed on the job site which I appreciated. He followed manufactures installation recommendations to insure warranties would be valid on the product used. To have someone who does what they say they will do, uses a quality product and who carries proper insurance, is well worth consideration - in this case, you definitely get what you pay for. Would NOT hesitate to recommend Parker Roofing.

The roof is beautiful. When they were working on the roof, they repaired a section of rotten wood without any additional cost. They were punctual, very professional, clean, quick, reasonably priced and very nice people. I have recommended them to family and friends. A very pleasant experience!!!!!!!!!

I Think I should have typed the above story here. But i think it works better this way. We had 600+sq/ft of roof replaced/repaired all as promised and on time.

Every thing went great! He started and finshed exactly as he said. I have gotten several comments about what a great job Mr. Parker did on my roof. I am very satisfied with his job and would recommend him to anyone :-)
