They were excellent. We had a squirrel that chewed through the wiring and control panel and they were very responsive to getting it fixed. It took some time to find out what the problem was and they did everything I asked of them and they stuck with it until it was resolved. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Replaced the actuator on the compressor. Service tech called before arrival and was there at the agreed time. The tech, from diagnostic to repair, was at the house for 30 minutes. I felt that the labor charge for the time spent was a bit high, but then again, so is everything else these days. That being said, I would recommend. Tanks Angie's List.

Salesman was great...came out and gave a written estimate. Explained how long job would take etc. Two technicians came out and installed my heat pump. They completed job in 4 hrs. They were very thorough, they cleaned up after themselves. They explained how the unit works and how to set it where I would be the most comfortable. I would definitely recommend this company.

Called Morris Heating and Air on a Monday. Explained problem, received an appointment for Wednesday morning. The technician called to verify appointment and arrived 20 min. later. Within 10 min. he had identified problem, he then replaced a part which he had on his truck and my air was working within a half hour. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely use this company again.
