They did a pest inspection for me and it was one of the laziest, shottiest jobs I have ever seen done. They missed major issues that our home inspector caught just two days later. Their report looks like they didn't even look inside the house, even though they had access. They missed external issues that I noticed and I am no exterminator. And the issues they found, they had no solutions to address. When I went to ask them about a contract they don't even do the barrier treatments that we have always used and had great success with for our homes.

That was great. I'm on a contract with them. It was good. They've done a great job. They're average on price.

I was notified by Go-Forth that the termiticide used at construction of the home in 2002 had exhausted it's effectiveness in terms of prophylaxis against termites. In order to keep the termite warranty in effect they recommended re-application of a newer booster termiticide. The work was done by Daniel. He was quite courteous and professional and spent considerable time with application of both products. I was very impressed compared to the prophylactic pest protection I am receiving at my other home where a much less thorough job is done for only $10 less.
