 + -1 moreOn March 26th I sent an email explaining a problem with an error message and the blocking of going email from MS Outlook. Received an acknowledgement that same date and was advised they would get back with me in a couple of days. I waited. No followup. On April 2nd I emailed again and requesting a status report. No reply. So drove for over an hour to Computer Trends in Spartanburg, SC, the creator of my PC, and though their efforts found the problem. It's unfortunate that C C did not respond since I would like to have switched to a local service....but then they responded like I've heard and learned so many services in the Marion area in that they either never reply or follow up. Since purchasing this farm, 1974, I've learned to depend on out of county companies for most services.

Description of Work: .My computer was messed up. The IT lady at work recomend. It was dead and they dould not get anything off of it. I got an old computer from work in an auction. They fixed it uo and updated it for me.
