whitener tree care

This guy gives cheap quotes, less than any of the competitors. But like the old saying goes- you get what you pay for. I've dealt with several tree service companies in my life and this was the worst experience ever. Repeated no shows, late shows and overall the project was a mess until we decided to end it half way through. And for the owner to call me names just because I wanted him to honor his word- that was the icing on the cake. Avoid this company.

Alex Came out and we agreed on a price----Said with the weather it would be at least a month to 6 weeks----2 1/2 months later ( I called ) it was the weather excuse--but I have to be honest it has been wet. But now it's 5 months----Whitener Tree Service ( Alex ) never Called---Never Said He's keeping us in mind---Finally I called raising ****. Hey--What about us? The trees I showed you are threatening our Cabin...and you know that! Never a phone call or a courtesy anything. My warning is this. This company plays by mountain Red Neck Rules. They come if they feel like it....

The experience with Todd and his crew went really well. They begin work right away. I have a totally knew respect for tree service. It was amazing watching them work as a team. Great price, great job. Did run behind getting to my house, but Todd texted me letting me know.

Cut off branches from tree and smooth rough edges. Cleaned up debris. Tree looks more shapely

I was very pleased with their service. Todd and his team stayed late until the project was finished. The did an excellent job in preventing limbs from touching my house during the removal process. The cleanup process was very thorough. I would highly recommend their business and plan to use them again.

Quick response to my request for a quote. Came on scheduled day to do the job. Did a great job and clean up was excellent. Will use again in the future.

Todd and his crew provided great service. Did all that we asked- work and cleanup was great! Paid exactly what he quoted at estimate. We were extremely pleased and would definately use him again if need be for other trees.
