Integrity Wood Flooring

Not good at all. We contracted with Integrity Wood Flooring to install approximately 1,000 square feet of floating bamboo flooring throughout the first floor of our house. We purchased the flooring from Lumber Liquidators and because our house is on a slab we also purchased a vapor barrier product. We were on vacation when the flooring was installed and when we returned the floor looked beautiful. About three months later as the weather cooled some gaps began to appear, some as large as 3/4". We called Integrity, they came over and said the wood was too wet when installed and dried unevenly (we let the wood acclimate for 10 days before installation). We called Lumber Liquidators, sent them pictures and they said it was improper installation. After getting nowhere with either party I decided to take up the part of the floor with the worst gaps and see what was wrong. I ended up having to relay the entire floor and re-cut many of the flooring pieces because the installer did not leave any gap for the flooring to expand and contract. As I was lifting the pieces of flooring I discovered that the vapor barrier had not been correctly installed and it was missing completely in some areas. Truly an unprofessional job. When I called Integrity about what I found, he hung up on me.
