decks, replacement windows

Description of Work: We have used the home improvement guy called William Nelson Home Improvement. We have used him for different job. He built our deck. He put in some windows for us last year, sometime in the winter.

awnings, doors
 + 0 moreThey came with a plan, they adapted when necessary and maintained a positive attitude when things did not go easily. A skilled and prepared craftsman. Prompt and a good communicator.
Description of Work: In a double wide mobile home, the rear door is a mobile home door that swings out. The unit was worn out and was unsightly. I had called this contractor previously to correct some shabby work done by another company. I asked Mr. Nelson what could be done. He recommended replacing the door with a normal house door and storm door. He also recommend an awning. I got the doors and awning from Lowe's and contacted him when everything was ready. Mr. Nelson and an assistant came the next day equipped with tools, materials, skill, and the attitude to get the job done correctly. They had to re-engineer the door opening, install the doors and awning, manufacture the outside trim with aluminum siding and generally adapt to what they had to work with in the trailer structure, It took them about 8 hrs. I still have to paint the door and inside trim. It look great, works correctly and they charged $380.

 + 1 moreTHE PRICE WAS AVERAGE BECAUSE IT WAS NOT VERY HIGH OR VERY LOW. THEY DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB. WE PUSHED THEM TO HURRY UP AND GET THE JOB DONE SO A FEW OF THE MISTAKES THEY MADE WERE OUR FAULT.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED PART OF OUR SIDING AND REPLACED SOME DAMAGED SHEETROCK IN OUR HOME.
