Benchmark Roofing

THIS IS THE EMAIL I SENT THE COMPANY. IT HAS NOW BEEN SIX MORE DAYS - AND STILL NO RESPONSE. THIS COMPANY OBVIOUSLY IS TOO BUSY AND DOESN'T NEED ANY ADDITIONAL BUSINESS OR THEY ARE SIMPLY THAT UNPROFESSIONAL. EITHER WAY... HORRIBLE SERVICE! Hi, my name is ________. Three weeks ago we contacted your office through Angie's List and a few days later Chase came out and took a look at our damage and said someone would be contacting us. A week went by and neither my husband nor I received any call or email. So I called Chase a little over a week and he said that someone would be calling me to set up an appointment to come give us an estimate. Now, over a week later... still nothing. This is unacceptable and quite disappointing. I specifically joined Angie's List to find a reputable, reliable and capable roofing contractor. So far, I have lost money on my membership fee. I specifically choose your company because of your location, we want to support local companies. Especially right now when there are so many storm chasing contractors in the area. I realize that our area has been hit hard this spring, but the lack of contact alone and then couple it with the lack of professionalism, was so startling, that I could not allow something to not be said. Because I know, if it were my company, I would want to know that I was loosing good business and why. Not only are you going to miss out on this contracting job, but we have a list of remodeling and updates that need to be done and we were hoping we had found a contractor that we could form a relationship with. Unfortunately, we did not. -______
