+ 0 moreI lost my leg in a car accident about ten years ago. Since that time I have not been able to take showers. I always had to take a bath. The bathroom remodel was unplanned, but when we found the water leak we had no alternative but to make the repairs. The employees of Reese's Renovations were courteous and professional. They provided me with a quote and was able to start the job the same day. They provided me with samples and gave me guidance in selecting the fixtures. They provided me with updates as the project progressed. They were respectful and patient with me and understood my anxiety as well as anxiousness to get the project completed. This bathroom doesn't even look like the same place. It looks like a picture from a magazine. They did an excellent job. It was completed in a timely manner. They cleaned their work area so thoroughly that all I had to do was add my personal decorations to the space. This group went over and beyond the call of duty from start to finish! I will definitely use Reese's Renovations for all of my remodeling needs!
Description of Work: Removed bathroom fixtures (toilet, bathtub, and vanity). Removed laminate flooring and subfloor. Removed light fixtures and inoperable exhaust fan. Repaired water leak. Removed water damaged sheetrock. Repaired one duct run that was damaged by water leak. Laid new subfloor. Replaced damaged sheetrock and finished using sheetrock tape and mud. Sanded sheetrock for a smooth finish. Painted ceiling, walls, crown molding, door, and door molding. Installned new floor covering and baseboard/trim. Installed new handicap shower. Constructed a wall so the new handicap shower would fit. Replumbed the shower and drain line. Built custom decorative shelves. Installed new vanity and replumbed the sink. Installed high rise toilet. Installed and wired new exhaust fan and bathroom light fixture. Installed new fixtures (shower controls and sink controls). Cleaned the work area and disposed of all debris appropriately.
