+ -1 moreHe did excellent! I couldn't ask for it to go any smoother. The fact that he held the property owners deeds as well kept down any confusion. Using the deeds he found the Bounderies, established and marked them.
Description of Work: Property Bounderies needed to be re-established. Surveyor went to the courthouse and got a copy of the property deeds with GPS pictures. He picked up the deeds of all adjacent property in the event there were disagreements with other property owners. He marked the Bounderies of the property with 6 feet PVC pipe and fluorescent ribbon.
