Integrity Cleaning Service

It went exceptionally well. We were having guests for Christmas and desperately needed our windows cleaned. We were able to contact the business rapidly and on the SAME day as our request, one of the owners of the business came out for an estimate of the project. He then emailed a written quote for the job within 24 hours, as we requested, and we accepted the quote. This entire episode occurred during the week of Christmas.....a busy business time. After letting the owner know of our time constraint of needing the project completed BEFORE Christmas, he reported that the job could be completed. A date was then agreed upon for the project to start with the project projected to take a total of two days. I asked that the owner text us if he were to run late from the anticipated time that the project was to start....since this was at Christmas time. This happened....and as requested, the owner texted us that he would be running late due to other unanticipated work. He arrived on the date that the project was to begin. He brought a helper and both were dressed appropriately for the project. Neither man smoked on the property. As stated in the original discussion of the work....the project took 2 days to complete. The work was done in a meticulous manner with little clean up needed following the completion.... even on the inside of the home. I actually requested that I be allowed to vacuum the window sills rather than having the work slowed down due to the meticulous cleaning of the sills by the owner because of our time constraint with this project. Several times the owner went back to make sure there were no streaks or smudges that became visible when the light from the sun changed the window light perspective. The project was completed on time with NO difficulties either during or following the project. Our windows have NEVER been cleaned as well as was done by this company.

The service was okay. The staff was very friendly, and they were about 20 minutes late. I would tell people that if they are looking for a general type of cleaning, they are good, but if they are looking for a deep cleaning, I wouldn't use them. They were very responsive.
