+ -1 moreRick was on time, very detailed, and explained how many things in a home operate. Such as the dryer venting, air conditioner, water heater, GFI electrical circuit. Rick is a licensed electrician and I'm sure that experience goes a long way in doing a home inspection. Within four hours the inspection report was emailed to me. I think Rick is prompt, reliable, and ethical. He takes his work seriously.
Description of Work: Rick Caudle did a home buyer's mechanical and structural inspection.
