I’ve been a client/customer of Native Air for over 20 years. They are an excellent company and provide prompt and great service when you need them. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and hard workers. The thing I like is when I call them I actually talk to a person not an answering service.

Called these guys on July 3rd because my A/C was running constantly and not cooling well so I thought I'd get a tune up as soon as they were available. I never dreamt they'd call me back that morning (since it was the 4th of July holiday) and actually come out to service my system that afternoon! The technician, Adam, was personable and efficient. Really great to work with. He didn't give me that "your system is old and needs replaced" song and dance that every other company has given me (like, duh.) He cleaned the coil, added some refrigerant and I am thrilled with how my system is running now. Such hot weather and it is actually COLD in my house. Highly recommend Native Air!

Got recommended to Native Air by my neighbor. He has used them for the past 15 years. Gave them a call to set up an annual service for my 2 units. Very professional on the phone, scheduling was easy and their annual service agreement is a fantastic price! Adam our technician was GREAT! Had our units looking and running like brand new. If you are in the Gastonia area and need this kind of service I highly recommend Native Air!
