The owner "chuck" was really annoyed that I had put an above-ground pool up that I told him I was having put up when he came to look at the job. He told me he could get it done in 2 weeks. After numerous un-returned phone calls and after 2 weeks had passed by and still no date in sight, I had the pool put up as I needed it done before summer. He showed up about 3 weeks later annoyed and yelling. And left an 8' stump because he was so mad. I paid him for the job because I believed him when he told me, there was no way to finish cutting it down and I was in a rush to pick up my son from school. I realized he lied, so I contacted him that day and told him he needed to come back and finish the job. He has promised over and over again he will be coming back. First time he said 2-3 weeks. 2-3 weeks later he said another 2 weeks. It has now been more than a month and it's still standing and a complete eye sore. All because he was mad he had to be more careful around the pool that I told him I was putting up! Keep in mind, he was able to do the job in less than 4 hours. It didn't take him any longer to do the job! Also, I told him over and over again I needed to get the pool done when I contacted him numerous times for a date! It's extremely unprofessional to leave a job like that. It's extremely unprofessional to allow your emotions to get involved in your business practices. And I don't appreciate being lied to.

Chuck was here when he said he would be. The work was done efficiently and completely and they handled our very large tree with ease.

He is always very professional and does a thorough job, completing everything on the estimate, no matter how long it takes.He never gives me the impression he is trying to rush anything. In the past, with a different company, the estimates were based on the time they thought it would take. The last time I used that company, they didn't finish everything on the estimate, because the estimated time ran out before they finished doing everything. Woodchuck was recommended to me by a friend who had used them, when I told him about my earlier bad experience with the other company.

Wood chuck has done several jobs for me because I am in the rental business. On this job the trees were so large, it was amazing how he got them down. People driving by would stop to watch the work. He took out over 35 large pine trees for me at my personal home several years ago, and he has been my man since.

Job was perfect. No damage to surrounding trees and bushes. Site was completely cleaned up.
