Obviously they have more business than they can service because I never got a call back. Don't advertise if you don't plan to work!

Kingdom found excuses on four scheduled occasions to not show up for loading the household goods & would not contact us to let us know what was going on each time. We had to literally chase them down for info about how & where their trucks & men were missing. We tried to be patient with them up to the fourth time they didn't show up as scheduled, the last straw was that they could not locate the truck that was supposed to handle our move (after having claimed to have a full fleet of trucks available) the two drivers on the truck got into a fight and abandoned the truck, location unknown. We had already packed all belongings, ready to load several days before the initial date for pick up, 2-5-10, and have had to start unpacking items for every day use as a result of the four delays. When trying to get factual information for the delays, we got a minimum of three different stories from three different Kingdom employees, the salesman, the truck driver(s) and the general manager. Now we are stuck with starting over with bids and we are paying mortgage payments on the home in Ohio that we can't even move to.
