Call Ricky for honest work. These guys are the absolute best and will be getting every bit of my business going forward. Our furnace wouldn't turn on last night so we regrettably called a different company to swing by for a quote and a repair. Their diagnoses was a bad electrical control circuit, and quoted us $1550 for the repair ($1200) and cleaning. Luckily, my neighbor knew of Jordan's H&C and put me in touch with Ricky. Ricky was at my house within 15 minutes of the call. I showed up a few minutes after he did and Ricky already had my furnace running. Control panel was fine - a quick repair on a burnt wire and properly seating a fuse had my system good to go. I wanted to pay the men for their prompt and honest work but they just requested I give them a call when I had a real problem come up. Can't thank these guys enough, quite literally saved us thousands of dollars while fixing our furnace within 20 minutes of calling them.

Jordan and his team were recommended to me by a coworker. I had a different company out there originally, but they wanted $1,600 to replace a bad TXV valve. As this was a high price, I wanted a second opinion. Jordan came out and said $1,600 was not an unreasonable price for that service, but he wasn't sure that was the problem. Sure enough, all it was, was a clogged drain pipe. He unclogged the drain pipe and put a pound of freon in AND SAVED ME $1,600. Him and his company are now my new hvac people. Thanks Jordan!

Lightening strike messed up our Hot Water and HVAC. Very hot days and nights to be without AC! While on vacation, Richard was very responsive, and when Paul got here he was able to identify and fix our problems so quickly there were no additional charges. Very nice and friendly people at this company, they are definitely who I will call if I the need arises.

I was delighted with Jordan Heating and Cooling, Inc. Richard worked with our schedule during the installation of the unit. The Bryant/Carrier unit works great and it was installed within 4 days of my initial call, which was great! I considered the cost and installation of the unit to be a fair price. I would definitely use this company again if I need HVAC work.

They diagnosed and fixed a problem that had been stumping other companies. They were persistent, found the problem, and repaired it. They were really good and were really courteous. It was a really positive experience.
