We are a turnkey Earthworks and hard scape company. American Property Maintenance specializes in drainage design, solutions, and mediation. Our knowledge and experience allows us to mediate storm water and drainage problems with a combination of NDS solutions, grading, excavation, and retaining walls. We install both structural and decorative retaining walls. We design and install interlocking pavers and natural stone walkways and patios. In combination of our services we can turn an unusable area into a wonderful outdoor living space for yours and other to enjoy. Over the last few years I’ve worked with APMC now on nine different projects. Four for myself, three for immediate neighbors, and two for family. Everyone’s been more than satisfied which is why we always call them up for our other projects or recommend them.
