+ -1 moreWe had a great experience with Appliance Reliance. Vlad quickly diagnosed the problem with our washing machine at our rental house and our refrigerator at our current home. He was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. He called when he said he would and came out at the time he promised. Very professional as well. We will definitely be using him again for any appliance issues in the future! Highly recommend.

+ -1 moreWithin minutes of submitting a request I was contacted to make an appointment. The technician, Stan did a great job and was early. He disassembled the dryer and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was missing a part that's not normally carried, and set a time to return. He returned on time and quickly made the fixes. He was polite, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude. He fully explained what he was doing and did before and after the work was done. I will do business again in the future if the need arises and recommend them to others.
