Description of Work: Dan from Northstar was very responsive, They arranged for a temporary fix until they could install a new control panel and stuck with troubleshooting thru 3 days to find an electrical issue. Very professional and the crew that came out was excellent. I can't say enough good things at the point about the job they did.

Description of Work: Northstar arranged for the removal of a large oak tree that overhung my house. Very complicated removal, requiring a large crane. The project went flawlessly, and the crew cleaned up when through. You'd never even know the tree was there!

 + 0 morePoorly, no organization, or supervision. Caught owner in two lies. Makes commitments but does not fulfill. Delayed home construction by a month causing us to try to build in the dead of winter weather. Would not refund money for work not completed.

 + -1 moreDan was great to work with. He explained what he would be doing, including which trees he needed to cut down that were in the way of replacing the septic. They had to remove the fence to get their equiment in and they replaced it pefectly. Dan kept us informed of his progress and cleaned up the area after all the work was completed. We'll be using him again for smaller projects soon.
