+ -1 moreWe called Mr. Jenkins, brought the highchair to him and he explained what he could do and gave us an estimate. He completed the work in the timeframe he promised, kept the cost within the estimate and did a beautiful, masterful restoration. We are extremely pleased and would recomend Mr. Jenkins to others.
Description of Work: Refinished a family heirloom wooden highchair that is being passed on to the next (fourth) generation. The chair was restored perfectly. This type of chair is only available in antique stores, and has great sentimental value. Mr. Jenkins cleaned and refinished the surface, repaired some parts and replaced those parts that were damaged beyond repair with parts that were as close to the original as possible.

Description of Work: Mr. Jenkins is the local restoration pro here in this area. His years of working with everyday and unique antiques shows in his attitude. He is careful but sure of his abilities. He takes on only what he can handle. Mr. Jenkins takes his time and does the job properly the first time. This makes him very valuable to people with family history in their furniture. My grandmother's 120 year old custom made drop side dining room table looks like new. This was the fourth piece he has completed this year. I will continue to have him quietly restore my family pieces one at a time until all are back to original shape.
