Excellent. Chris is very cordial and helpful. He was prompt and on time, made recommendations, and kindly replaced my air filters; he also left his business card in the event I needed to reach out to him another time. I would most definitely recommend this service.

Chris and his company made the entire process so much better. He came out the next morning in between other jobs. We had a leak under the crawlspace and it was a mess. Jasper and the crew called every morning to let me know he was on his way and Chris called to update the process in the evening. My husband works 3rd shift and he did not hear the work doing on while trying to sleep. They were very respectful and courteous. The crawlspace looks brand new. Our experience with PuroClean was incredible! After reading many reviews, we opted to give PuroClean a try. Although our job was the typical mold in the crawlspace due to bathroom leak issue, PuroClean was able to work us in. Chris came the very next day and instantly told us what the issue was that he saw. He told us how we could clean the issue ourselves and that we did not need to pay him to do it. You don’t hear that very often! We did ask him if he could take care of it just to be on the safe side and he within a matter of minutes had everything taken care of. Chris responded withing seconds to my request and sent his technician the next day on time. After the inspection he called me and gave me the good news that there is no major work required and that I would just need a smaller handy man to clean the mold and paint the drywall. I find him to be very trustworthy and professional at what he does. I know he will be my preferred services company if I have an issue in the future.

Top notch. I called on a Saturday afternoon (week of July 4th) with sewage overflow in the basement. Chris was on his way home from vacation and answered my call. He couldn't come that night but was there first thing Sunday morning. He accessed the damage, gave advise of what I should and shouldn't do, and got to work. Brandon and Tiffany worked for 3 days getting carpet and vinyl up and making sure everything was smelling better and safe. Everyone knew their stuff. Quick response, very efficient and professional. Highly, highly recommend.

We discovered mold in our finished basement that appeared to warrant remediation rather than simple removal. Chris returned my call promptly. I think he came to look at the job the next day. He gave me a rough estimate. After further investigation, we asked Chris to go ahead with the job. He arranged for his crew to perform the work within 1-2 weeks which gave us time to move our furniture out, his crew performed the job just as he described. They employed air barriers, HEPA scrubbers and negative pressure at the appropriate times. Demo was quiet and effificient. Team members were bright and polite. Final price was below estimate. We are very pleased and consider this a top-notch experience from start to finish.

They removed the damaged walls, rugs and everything else that was beyond repair. They also removed a rug and furniture from an upstairs room. Everything was taken to the dump. Fans were used to clean the air in in the area. The job went very smoothly.
