This company is top notch and professional. They arrived quickly (within about 20-30 minutes of our initial call) on a Saturday afternoon because it was an emergency. They were very polite and very knowledgeable. They put down a mat at the door and wore protective booties on their shoes. They explained thoroughly the work they would be doing and what the probable cost would be. Their main concern was that the situation be made safe for the moment and for the future. They cleaned up thoroughly before they left. We felt very fortunate to have found the company on such short notice under stressful conditions.
Description of Work: An arcing wire behind a stove (very scary) caused us to call 911. After the firemen left, we called Electrical Pros to find and fix the problem. It was a dry rotted wire in the wall behind the stove. They performed a whole house safety check, removed the old wiring, put in new wiring and a 220 plug. They also cleaned up after themselves and discussed with us what to do about the old wiring in a very old house. They did not recommend re-wiring because of the astronomical expense but explained how they could install safety features to prevent such emergencies in the future.
