I was selling my house and did not want to have anything come up on the buyers inspection that would shock me so I got one done myself. I was very happy working with Joseph at statewide, he was very timely completing the inspection when he said would. I received the report early the next morning and was very impressed with its content. The cost of $350.00 was less than many of the inspectors I reviewed.

As a first time home buyer I wish I had hired one of the other corporate home inspection companies which costs more but would do a better, more thorough job. In Joe’s defense, he was honest about what he can and cannot do, unfortunately, we have had to hire additional inspectors to make up for what Joe couldn’t do.
