Joseph and his team are AMAZING!!!! I am neurotic when it comes to details and business and read TONS of reviews before choosing statewide. EVERYTHING you read in these reviews is TRUE! He is 100000000% on your side. He is thorough, and spent over 4 hours combing through the property. He is totally honest and explains everything to you step by step. He followed up and got the report to us within hours of leaving the property. He is everything you want in an inspector; on your team, detailed, honest, upfront, calm, and super knowledgable. His reports are also great they are easy to read and concise all housed online. Also his prices are fair and TOTALLY worth it for the service you get! We ultimately did not buy the house thanks to him as it would have been a MONEY PIT! We will definitely be using him for our next inspection.

I had a problem. I live in NYC & my wife & I are buying a condo in MIA. We needed an inspector. Searched online & wound up getting a call from a guy named Joe. (Got lots of calls, through Home Advisor.) But Joe was the first (within 10-15 minutes). I liked what he said, & how he said it. He offered me some advise also, which made sense, & I appreciated it. Told him what I needed, and when I needed it. He said fine & gave me a price. He told me what to expect and when. The price was the price and it was more than reasonable for what he provided. He was thorough, professional, honest, trustworthy, courteous, accurate, helpfulâ ¦ (Boy scout oath anyone?) Says what he does, and does what he says. We had a complete 45 page report online (and downloadable) pictures and all, THAT EVENING! Problem solved! My realtor was so impressed she asked him for his card & told me sheâ ll use him in the future. So was our daughter, who was at the inspection on our behalf. Iâ ve not even met the man, yet, but I feel as if Iâ ve got a new friend in South Florida! So, if you need a reliable (plus all those other adjectives I used) anywhere in his universe, Joe Campadonico is your man. â Nuff said.

Weeks later, when we did a walk-through of the house before closing, we found what appeared to be a water stain on the ceiling that we had not seen during the initial inspection. I called Joseph regarding the matter and he offered to return to the home and look into the issue at no extra cost.
