Joseph was the first person who contacted me for this project. From the first call he showed how candid and honest he could be. The day of the inspection he showed up 30 minutes ahead of the time agreed, which showed me his professionalism. After the inspection, which took about four hours, he provided me with a summary of what was coming on the final report. The report was in my inbox that same evening as promised. I will definitely recommend Joseph and his company to anyone.

Joseph was early and did an excellent job! He has the interest of the home buyer at heart and he made sure we knew about all that he found. He is thorough and dutiful and the inspection report is encompassing. Edit: At the final walkthrough, I discovered Joseph missed reporting about two damaged doors in the home. Sellers couldnâ t fix, so we have to deal with it now. Not happy about it, but overall, he did a good job.

Joseph is an EXTREMELY knowledgeable professional that will tell you about any problems or repairs that are needed in a property. He uncovered 2 MAJOR problems with the home I was trying to purchase. If I wouldn't have had Joseph conducting this inspection, I would have thought my concerns revolved around the cosmetic aspects of the home. Joseph uncovered the roof of the home was at the end of its lifetime even after the owner painted it to make it look new. He also uncovered a major problem with the water pipes of the home.
