+ 0 moreThe did a terrific job. The job was superior to that of our original custom builder. They arrived on time and did a great job cleaning up. They worked in close proximity of my wife's flowerbeds and did no damage. She was astounded. I thought they were a little "pricey." However, my neighbor had them do a job and he said they were considerable less expensive than his other quote.
Description of Work: Removed blistered and damaged stucco from the foundation of screened porch and foundation of patio sides and step risers. Matched color to existing foundation.

+ -1 moreTHIS JOB WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE IN THREE WEEKS. WE HAD LANDSCAPERS COMING IN 5 WEEKS. IT TOOK 2 1/2 MONTHS! THEY SHOWED UP MID MORNING (10-10:30) AND OFTEN LEFT EARLY (4:30). MANY WEEKS THEY SHOWED UP 2 OR 3 DAYS ONLY. THEY DID WORK ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY A COUPLE OF TIMES. IT WAS REAL PAIN TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE JOB FOREMAN AND HE LOOKED FOR EVERY CORNER HE COULD CUT AND GET AWAY WITH. THEY MADE A MESS OF THE SITE WITH ALL THEIR TRASH. WE WENT THROUGH 5 PUNCH LISTS. I WAS NEVER SO GLAD TO SEE AN END TO A PROJECT. THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE WERE VERY NICE, BUT THE CREW WE HAD WAS THE PROBLEM.
Description of Work: REPAIR STUCCO ON LARGE HOME THAT WAS DAMAGED ANOTHER COMPANY IN REMOVING SHINGLES.

+ -1 moreMEMBER GIVES NEUTRAL REPORT, STATING IT WAS HARD TO FIND SOMEONE TO DO THIS. THEY LEFT SOME CARPET UNTACKED & MEMBER HAD TO CHASE HIM AROUND A BIT. SO-SO JOB, SOME SMALL IRRITATIONS.
Description of Work: DID FOUNDATION LIFTING, REPLACED RAFTERS, SILL & REBUILT FOUNDATION, REPLACED SOME SIDING.
