Ben and his crew transformed our very high old house with a new paint job. It required a great deal of difficult prep work which was properly completed by his hard-working and respectful crew. Ben had all the equipment to keep his crew safe, and they cleaned up properly at the end of each day's work. At a reasonable cost, the job was completed in about a week. We are very pleased with the final results.

Ben showed up on time for both the estimate and the project (other contractors said they would quote but never showed up). His price was reasonable for the work we needed and he did an excellent job. I’d use him again without a second thought and would recommend him to anyone.

After reading the reviews I thought I was making a good decision. GHP came out to the house to fix a front porch which included replacing wood columns / painting them and putting the existing vinyl railings back up. The angles on the trim work were cut too short. The caulk came out immediately. Sections of the wood were not painted. Some of the rails were put up crooked. I sent pictures to GHP the very next day and they apologized and said they would make it right. After 4 months of sending pictures(it continues to get worse-the gaps getting bigger), phone calls, and texts they have still not come back and they have stopped responding to any communication.

They gave free estimate for bathroom wallpaper removal followed by painting ceiling and walls. Melissa my paint contractor, even painted all the trim. I am impressed by her professionalism, patience, personality and perfectionism. She's great and the company listens and delivers at an amazing price. You bet I'd call them again!!! 5☆ VERY PLEASED

Ben Morgan is professional, courteous and his prices are reasonable. It was my first time doing with business with him, but whenever I need repairs done around the home, I now have a reliable source to turn to.

They forgot the original appointment and it took three visits to finish job right. Having to reschedule due to major unexpected issues on another job is perfectly understandable. Forgetting the appointment is poor. They sent one guy for a two guy job (replace trim flashing around garage door opening). Other than those issues, very pleasant easy to work with and well priced

Ben was easy to work with. Even though his crew initially missed finishing a couple things he was very prompt to return and complete the work himself.

Ben Morgan and team have been a pleasure to work with. Very good quality workmanship and reliable. I had lots of work done, from new tiled bathrooms, flooring, roofing, new patio enclosure, Ac, lighting, electrical, plumbing and more. He even completed a beautiful deck for my wife and I to enjoy.

We were impressed by Ben and his workers when this process began, that when they were on the job, they worked, not just standing around . He was a month late in beginning the job, with no explanation given as to why they were late; the job was estimated to be 2 months long; we are now in the 9th month of dealing with Ben. Likeable guy, but he will not come back and finish up what he knows needs to be done. We continue to have his tools and trash laying around in our yard, we need certain little jobs finished inside the house, and need siding on end of house and boxing on new room. He will not call us, nor show his face around here, after repeated calls and e-mails to him. He supposedly has ordered doors and windows to be delivered to our house - about a month ago - we've seen none, nor him. We felt like we were fair to him, paying him whenever he asked for money, but apparently that doesn't help command respect from him. We just want him and his crew to return for about 2-3 full days of work to complete the job, and we think our "relationship" can end once we feel we have gotten our true money's worth.

Work was decent quality, had a few QC issues but Ben works hard to fix any problems and is good about standing by his warranty.
