Description of Work: We have employed Reinhardt for the past five years to perform preventative maintenance on our HVAC system and for emergency service calls. As priority customers (yearly maintenance contract) they have been very responsive when emergency service is required, which we have needed a couple of times during an unusually cold winter for the south. We have a relatively old HVAC unit, but with their twice a year preventative maintenance calls ($182.00 for two service calls for summer and winter) the unit has worked remarkably well. We highly recommend Reinhardt for HVAC service.

 + -1 moreThe tech came on time. Evaluated the system we had and pointed out obvious remedies. Delivered the brochure on the new system we are interested in and gave rough estimate of the cost. Further discussion was tabled for a later date. After other more pressing issues are addressed, we WILL be calling on Reinhardt again!
Description of Work: We are exploring different ways to improve our 100 yr old bungalow. We needed an overview and discussion of a new heat/a-c system that is 'ductless'. Reinhardt is one of the few dealers in this area.
