A lot of money paid for very poor communication, poor quality work and sub-standard materials. George was going to use high quality pet screening for carport as cats were going to be in there. He didn't, and with the cheap screening and poor quality installation, the cats broke out within hours. Screening on entire carport loose and not secure. Workers didn't concrete in the fence posts, ground has settled, and now gate won't open without effort. Didn't finish staining pergola. Poor quality splintery posts on front porch. Splintered lattice. Having to hire another contractor to redo and repair.

Now [Member Name Removed] you know this is false you got exactly what you paid for - and you also know that the work was above and beyond what you asked - and you also know that we were doing the work mentioned until you said you didn't have the money to pay and left owing me $1600 also trying to tell me that i agreed to build a carport for the $3000 that we agreed upon i have all of the text emails and paperwork (estimates and receipts where we communicated now take this review down or i will proceed with a slander lawsuit
