We purchased a home that had an existing Control4 home automation system that Tim had serviced for the previous owners. This system includes a rack of equipment and is is far more complex than anything we had previously experienced. The previous owners highly recommended Tim, so we asked him to update the system for our use. Tim promptly did so, helping us by upgrading some of the key equipment items and mounting new tv's, among other things, and did so for a reasonable cost. Tim is very responsive, knowledgeable and professional and is very easy and pleasant to work with. He has been very helpful to us a number of times since, helping us to get equipment operating again after power outages (of which we have had many!) and other issues. We very highly recommend Tim, and do so without reservation!

Tim did a superb job of listening to our input and assessing what we needed in an entertainment system. We went with all of his recommendations and could not be happier. The installation team consisting of Tim and Rhonda did a masterful job with the installation which was challenging. Communication was great, they showed up on time and stayed until the job was done to our satisfaction. They cleaned up when done, leaving all the rooms they were in spotless. Tim programmed a universal remote control that works easily and flawlessly. We are very pleased would absolutely recommend Entertainment Technology to anyone needed work done.

Tim and Chris were very professional and helpful from planning to installation and setup. They took time to answer my questions, and gave valuable input towards the design. They were very proficient with their work. I am extremely pleased and would hire Entertainment Technology again if I were to build another theater. I had taken a lot of time to research Home Theater companies in my area, and obtained other estimates. Entertainment Technology were competitive in their bid.

Tim and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable. We had an outdated system in the home and Tim worked up a detailed room by room quote explaining what needed to be upgraded/repaired. He is current with the new technology and we felt very comfortable with his suggestions. We love the new Control4 system with the remote control now on the iPad and iPhone. He removed all old equipment and explained what equipment we could still use. He worked in 9 rooms with 9 tv's, whole house audio, apple tv's, blurays, xbox, etc. All was integrated nicely and he also made the dreaded call to DirecTv explaining what new boxes we needed. The crew cleaned up behind themselves and hauled away boxes and old equipment we didn't want. Thank you Tim for your hard work. We are enjoying the new system.

I cannot say enough about Tim at Entertainment Technology. He just did everything right. He is a calm, unflappable guy - that's just for starters. But he's friendly and personable too - and he knows his stuff! Every day he showed up at my house and worked and worked and worked. He confided in me later that week he didn't even stop to eat (the ethernet and speaker cabling was left entirely unfinished by the builder and so he had to organize everything, it was a *huge* job)! I could have fed him!! I wish I'd have known :) He was flexible and absolutely capable of changing what we needed on the fly, on an as-needed basis. He offered solutions for our future business with him and was very polite and knowledgable answering all my questions. Our moving company came and moved us into the new house while Tim was working there and one of the movers couldn't help but notice the gigantic panel in the front closet where all the cabling was being worked on. He was just staring at it and I walked up behind him and explained what they were doing, with the Internet and Speakers, etc. The mover just nodded his head examined the completely beautiful and organized cables and succinctly commented, "That is a man that cares about his job." That is the exactly the feeling that Tim and Entertainment Technology gave us! He was meticulous with his work and ethic and finished under time. He was fair with his price, so, so fair. He discussed it and tailored it all just precisely to our needs. I cannot wait til we can expand our system into fully automated! When we do, we have Tim in our contacts and will *never* use anyone else. Thanks so much again Tim!!

Tim Siler of Entertainment Technology is the man! Very knowledgeable and professional. He was very professional, courteous, trustworthy, and he communicated with us every step of the way. He was able to troubleshoot an issue I brought upon the system and he showed up at a moments notice to get me up and running again. Can't say enough about how great he is to work with. Tim was very giving of his time. Even after I had paid him for his work he continued to show me features, help me with issues, and recommend me the latest trends I was not aware of. We will be installing more in the future with Tim in the very near future. I consider him a friend.

The implementation went very smoothly, on schedule and with no issues. The level of support, professionalism, common courtesy and work ethic demonstrated from Tim and his crew is like none other. I would highly recommend them as they clearly go above and beyond answering / returning calls promptly. Tim is always very helpful, answers questions and has a good support model in place across all of his customer base.

They have a single point of contact and can provide a variety of needs. They are really good, they can retro fit any home and you don't have to worry about it. They do a good job.

Tim Siler of Entertainment Technology is exactly what I needed. Very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to trouble shoot some problems I was having very quickly and make the necessary repairs. He personally went by HH Gregg and purchased my DVD and just billed me at his cost. Tim was very giving of his time. Even after I had paid him for his work he continued to show me features of my Pandora set up that I was not aware of. I would definitely use Tim in the future.

Everything Tim suggested was great. We began with getting doors and shelves put onto our open media center. Tim measured the size of TV that was needed for our media center and designed the required space that was needed for the new equipment. The doors were put into place and then the whole media center was painted. Tim suggested the woodworking vendor who was terrific as well. We already knew of a super painter. Then Tim came in and in 2 days we had a brand new media center complete with great surround sound, home music and hd tv. Not only did Tim install all the equipment, but he also, made sure that my husband and I knew how to use it. He is a great teacher for anyone who is not technologically savvy.(my husband and I). We cannot say enough about Tim and his work. He is punctual, positive, professional, and a perfectionist in all that he does. We would happily recommend Tim and Entertainment Technology!! What a great experience we had!!! We love our media room and our music now!!!!!

Incredible job by Tim from Entertainment Technology! I'm totally pleased with the whole process from planning to installation. Tim updated my home theater, added whole home audio, coordinated the security system install and combined that with a Control 4 home automation system to make everything work seamlessly. Tim was always available and quick to answer any questions. He showed up when expected and worked very professionally. Attention to detail showed through his work and budget minded proposals. Would definitely recommend Tim and Entertainment Technology to friends and family.

Tim and his helper, Christopher , came early yesterday morning and did a professional installation for our televisions. In setting up the appointment he was always quick to respond to questions and provide the information requested. We found them to be very knowledgeable in setting up the type of system we were using and overall would highly recommend them and hope to use them again for additional work at our location.

Entertainment Technology Inc was very professional and did an excellent job. They came in to look at what I needed to get done and gave me a quote. They came back at an agreed upon time to do the work and was punctual. They delivered on the price quoted which was reasonable. He knows his job and gives you advise on other things as well. There was no pressure to buy from him.

We called Entertainment Technology and talked with Tim about getting an estimate on an upgrade to our media room. He scheduled an appointment to come out the same day. After looking at what we had and listening to our expectations, he told us what he thought should be done. Right away we liked his positive attitude. He didn't tell us what a hassle it was going to be but seemed to be excited about fixing it right. The equipment was a mess, there were wires everywhere, the labels on the wires had fallen off and we didn't know how to get it to work right. He suggested we upgrade our receiver and get a new blue ray player. Because of the new technology, it really simplified things and we are able to watch new Bluray DVDs with better surround sound formats and it also allows us to stream Netflix, Amazon Movies, Hulu, Youtube, etc. The new Surround Sound Receiver allowed him to remove the existing dated Multi Room system that was installed. Now we are able to play the house speakers from an iPAD rather than having to go down stairs. It provides streaming services such as Pandora or Rhapsody, Along with FM Radio throughout the Home. The new receiver also has the latest HDMI switching and conversion for the Theater Components. It also has a USB Port in which a iPOD can be plugged into and access for the House speakers and Theater. After we signed the proposal, he and his brother, Chris were able to get the equipment the next day and then started working the next. They took out the old equipment, cleaned up all the wires, put in the new equipment and also installed another tv in place of the outdated one in the cabinet. Everything looks so nice and we love being able to watch movies with surround sound again and play music through the house speakers.

He came in and asked us what the problem was then quickly diagnosed the solution followed by fixing everything.

We moved into a new home where the previous owner had a TV mounted on the wall in the family room with all equipment in a closet next to the room. The previous owner left a hole in the wall where the TV had been and wires hanging out. Our real estate agent recommended Tim. This was on a Friday and we needed to have our TV mounted and set up by Wednesday of the next week as family was coming to visit. Tim came out on the weekend to survey our needs and quickly worked up a quote for 2 different options to mount the TV, install surround sound, and install an integrated stereo system that would reconnect speakers in several rooms in the home that were disconnected. We choose an option using an Onkyo receiver to provide all the features we wanted for about $5400 - a great price considering the amount of equipment required and installation labor (about 2 days). Tim came out promptly and completed the installation over 2 days in time for our family visit. He is great to work with, really knowledgeable, and takes pride in doing a clean job. First thing he did was clean up the existing wiring which was a mess. There were wires running right through the middle of my bookcases and he cleaned all that up so all that remained were a few wires running down the back corner of the enclosed shelf - barely visible. He then assembled a great component rack and installed into that rack the Onkyo receiver for surround sound and internet music options, a sony blue ray dvd, my cable box, a network switch, and an apple airport express router to boost my wireless signal. He mounted the TV beautifully and mounted all the surround sound speakers (3 recessed in wall) beautifully as well so you can barely notice them. A really professional job. He bundled all the wiring, labeled every wire, and also connected up all the various stereo speaker wires with plugs that enabled them to plug straight into the receiver instead of having to be connected via a bare wire clip red and black. This was very time consuming and will make future plug in and out really simple. He also installed a radio signaling system with universal remote so that we could turn everything on and off and work the system from 1 remote that didn't even need to be pointed at the TV to work. It works on radio signals so that all the equipment is neatly tucked away in the adjacent wiring closet. With this work finished we had a working TV with surround sound, and an Onkyo receiver connected to our home's room speakers. Tim then went on to internet enable this system so that we could stream video from Amazon or Net Flicks via the DVD player, and use internet radio, itunes, and Rhapsody via streaming or a USB port on the Onkyo receiver. To do this he went into our office and installed an ethernet port to run from our internet router, and then ran that wire up into the ceiling, over to a drop area in the home where wiring flows between floors, down into the basement and over and up into the wiring closet next to the family room. This was a major wiring effort and he did it so well you cannot tell it wasn't originally done this way when the house was built. He then connected it all up and we had a working TV with cable, DVD player that could stream over 40 different options of internet video, and working stereo receiver that could stream Rhapsody, internet radio, and play itunes or mp3 via the USB port. Tim took the time to program the universal remote to fit our needs which was a very time consuming task. Then he trained us on how to use it. He also took the time to help me set up my Sony account to stream video, connect to Amazon to stream Amazon videos, and set up my Rhapsody account so that we could stream Rhapsody music. He tested everything to make sure it worked. All of this was done in time for the family visit. Tim did a superior job and we have gotten superior value out of the system. I would recommend Tim to anyone with a desire to install a custom audio/video system that does what you want it to do, that fits you. Lastly let me say that Tim is easy to reach and follow up with for questions - both via email and phone. With a system this complex you have questions after you start to use it, and for any question or issue I had Tim responded very quickly to help me resolve it. The system has performed flawlessly and the only issues I had turned out to only require clarification on how to use the system, not a problem with the system itself. I know I have a great partner in solving my audio/video needs in the home and will utilize Tim again if we wish to upgrade the system or install new components or integrate it with additional rooms.

Overall it was a great experience and will not hesitate to call on Tim again. Tim goes the extra mile on making sure that everything is done right and to my satisfaction.

All this work was not performed at the same time. After meeting with Tim Siler the first time I decided to have him install the home surveillance system. I knew right away that I would use him for all my future home audio/video needs. Tim possesses a very professional attitude and provides an unbiased opinion during his consultations. His primary goal was to find out what my home entertainment wants/needs were and he then recommended products that fit my needs and desired budget. His exceptional knowledge in this line of work allowed him to answer any questions I had and he also educated me on all of the various technologies available. He provided me with all the information so that I could do my own homework on the equipment he recommended. This type of professionalism showed me that Tim was not there to sell me anything, but instead came to my house to find out what I needed to satisfy my home entertainment desires. Whether you only need a TV hung on the wall or desire a full home automation system installed, Tim will gladly perform a professional job on anything he does. He always cleaned up after the job and left my house cleaner than he found it. One thing that I appreciated the most was that there were no surprises during any of the times that I had Tim do work for me. From the time he provided me with the cost estimate to the completion of the job, Tim provided me with everything he said he was going to do and even went the extra mile in all the work he performed. It truly shows how proud he is in the quality of work that he provides. Tim Siler will be the only guy I will go to for all my future home entertainment needs.

Tim arrives when he says or calls to say he is on his way. Came and helped me decide what I could do, prepared a proposal outlining all equipment needed, the price he could get the equipment for and labor cost. I purchaed tvs and dvd players but he furnished everything else for the job. He did a wonderful job hanging mounts and tvs and installing speakers (even painted the outside speakers to match the brown ceiling). It took probably 3-4 days to do the job. There were no surpises - paid what he quoted. He cleans up each day after himself and is a pleasure to have around. Definitely can be trusted in your home while you are away. He wants to make sure that you are happy with his work. Made sure we could use the equipment and could call if there were any questions. I would definitely recommend Tim to anyone and would use him again.

I spoke with several companies some right off the batt where just unresponsive like they where doing me a favor, or one even refused to use any other equipment other than that which they sold. I was looking for professional advice on equipment and a true professional to install my home theater with a hidden custom feel. Tim discussed different equipment with me and the advantages to each, had mounts and outlets with web sites that I never even knew existed, gave me a quote, scheduled a date, showed up on time and did not leave until I understood the equipment. Some of the equipment I purchased myself and some Tim purchased for me close to the same price (plus or minus) I could have gotten myself on the net. I have two other levels in my house yet to be completed and I could not, would not, think of using any on else. I am a perfectionist and Entertainment Technology was able to satisfy my needs, could not be happier. Thanks Tim
