We had out main water line to the house burst on Monday night, August 1. Water was going all over the front yard and back into the crawl space, effectively flooding the crawl space. We had used Todd before on a remodeling project and knew he would be able to help promptly. We got the main water turned off and Todd was onsite the next morning as promised to evaluate and repair. It was a tough project but he got right to work. I was pleased with the final work and the costs under the circumstances. I realize people have different opinions of what is reasonable, but I have never felt I had to second guess the project costs with Todd. I know from experience he stands behind his work. He is professional and efficient which are hard to find these days. If you are looking for quality work at a fair price, Todd is your guy.

Contacted Todd about replacing our kitchen faucet. I emailed him to schedule an appointment and within 5 minutes he had contacted me. I was impressed at his prompt reply and scheduling was prompt as well. He is very professional, efficient and his quality of work is excellent. He had the new faucet installed and he was very efficient and made sure everything was working properly as well he cleaned up afterwards. Professional....prompt...reliable....punctual....above and beyond the best! I definitely will be using him should I need any more work done. I can't say enough about what a pleasant experience this was.

Todd came out to a property I am selling and spent over an hour looking at the issues that needed to be addressed and explaining options to my client. He took his time and answered all of my clients questions. He came out to the property within 2 hrs of my contacting him and provided a written quote by that night. We also called him that same day to repair a leaking water line from our well. Again, he arrived within a very short time and completed the repair in a timely manner.

Todd repaired the drain assembly under my kitchen sink and also unclogged the drain. Job was done in a very timely manner. He cleaned up and left area very neat after job was completed. He even waived the trip fee due to me being a repeat customer and he was in the area today!!
