Todd is professional and explains things well, He had to reschedule our first appointment because a previous job was running long but he was very prompt in contacting me to let me know and reschedule. He arrived on time for the scheduled appointment after letting me know he was on his way. I will definitely use him again not only for the tankless water heater but when I need any plumbing services. He is great to deal with. Oh, and his price was less than what I had been paying before to another plumbing service. That is always a plus!

Description of Work: Had a leaky tub faucet and needed a pressure relief valve put on water heater. Todd did these two small jobs and also checked out all the piping underneath the home to be sure there were no other problems.

 + -1 moreMr. Dellinger arrived on-time and ready to work. He performed the work explaining at each step what was required and what he recommended, but left final decision to me. He didn't do something beyond what was required and needed. He cleaned up after himself as he worked and left the area around the toilet cleaner than when he started. Stayed within the estimated cost range provided prior to work began. Very professional. Would use again without hesitation for future plumbing needs.

He explained everything that he did to me and told me to call him if I had any other questions or concerns. He also cleaned up everything before he left. I would highly recommend him.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. Todd Dellinger did an excellent job and when he went from inside my house to outside and back, he was considerate and put the blue covers over his shoes. He took a short break for lunch in his truck eating a snack and got right back to work. He was very professional and friendly. I have and will continue to recommended him to other people who need a plumber. He also gave me a one year warranty for parts and labor. He will be my "go to" plumber when and if the need arises for plumbing services again.
Description of Work: He rerouted drainage pipes to our septic tank and added new plumbing and washer box for my washing machine inside and under our house, bringing it up to code.

 + 0 moreThe above states it all, you should be proud to have him on your list ! I am sure he will never let a customer go unsatisfied with his service. We feel we have found a plumber for life at this point.
Description of Work: Todd installed a gas hot water for us and we were more than happy with the service. We purchased the water heater from HomeDepot and Todd picked it up for us. He arrived right on schedule and took his time and made sure that everything was to our expectation, out water heater is in the garage and he even cleaned and dusted the platform that the heater sits on plus cleaned up around the space when he was finished. He quoted us a price when he first came out to give an estimate and he did not charge one penny more than quoted. We would recommend Todd to anyone that we know that needs his service with no reservations at all.
