I reached Todd on first call. I explained the work I wanted done. He sent me a photo of what he recommended. He ordered the part and it was installed within the week. He was prompt, courteous and cleaned-up after himself. I feel he treated our need like it was his own home. Having this work completed professionally will be a life changer for us. Very professional! Replaced drain line after our cast iron line broke off at the wall. Todd was on time and did a clean installation leaving no mess and was happy to answer questions that my wife had and button up a few things that we didn't even know were a problem. I would definitely call him again!

Very well, Todd fixed the problems with my older toilet and had it back up and working better than before. Replaced the cut-off valve and put in new parts inside the tank.

Todd did a very professional job, He had to cut and re route some of the plumbing to make room for the new soap dispenser, Everything was done very neatly and he cleaned up everything and everything was very neat and clean when he left. He is a very pleasant person and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I will use him anytime I need a plumber.in the future.

Awesome job - we have an older home and he replaced a short hot water under our home. He had little room to work with but did the job with no complaints! We would definitely use him again and highly recommend him!

I called Todd because I have used his company in the past. He came out the next day and was able to identify the problem was my bladder tank in my well. He replaced the old tank and it fixed the problem. Very prompt service and always does a great job. Will always use this company for my plumbing issues.

looked at their website before contacting them to confirm they serviced my county which it states they do. When called they responded that they do not perform services in my county. I suggested they update their website since that is the "window into their company" the response was less than professional

first use of tube tonight was perfect. In a previous life prior to retiring I was a professional engineer working on power piping. To a certain degree power piping (which is what i designed) is plumbing. This engineer was over thinking the solution. Thinking I needed heated piping and or recirculated heated water. Todd said let's try minor water heater adjustment and I think you have a good chance for a fix. Like to deal with professional that knows his stuff.

He was very professional,explained what was needed to be replaced.Stayed until he was sure everything in kitchen and laundry room we're working properly.Reasonable price.

Todd was very courteous and professional. He took the time to fix a couple of things done incorrectly by another plumber. We now have hotter water in shower, dishwasher no longer leaks, and washer no longer leaks.

It went great! Todd arrived and immediately started investigating to find the leak. He was very persistent and thorough to find it and fix it. Afterward he even explained his thoughts and process to find it.
