Had a new hot water heater installed. Came out and gave us a quote, once we accepted he showed up on time, did a thorough job, cleaned up after & showed us how to use the equipment. Would highly recommend.

We have used Todd in the past and again he was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and was very patient with understanding what we needed done. He is very knowledgeable and we would recommend him to everyone for any plumbing concerns.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I called Todd and left a voicemail about an odor that I'm smelling the bathrooms that appears to be coming from the drains (i.e., tub, etc) and he called me back the next day. When he called me back, he seemed annoyed and like he didn't really want to do the job (not sure if he was having a bad day or what??). After 5 minutes on the phone, I could tell that this may not be the best fit for me. When I told him that I would check with other plumbers and "I hope you have a great day", he called me a B**** and hung up the phone. (REPLY): This is not true, let’s be 100% factual. I told you when asked that it was “sewer”. After that, you carried on as if you weren’t interested in the job. At that time, I replied with “Sir, that’s fine. It seems like you don’t want to do the job so I will continue looking and get service from another plumber”. That’s when you exploded and called me a derogatory name (a b**** more specifically). I have yet to hear you own or address that “major” part of the conversation in your response posted. That’s definitely not how you interact with customers and ultimately demonstrates poor business conduct.
