Simply amazing. The roof stains made our house look decrepit and old. After the cleaning, the roof looked absolutely brand new! I have used Earnie to clean our roof and driveway. He is amazing and honest. He is a retired grandfather who does this business just so that he can spoil his grandkids. He made the disgusting stained roof on our old house look like brand new without further damaging the roof, and without making a mess or killing the bushes. He was honest about not being able to clean our porch to his satisfaction when I asked about getting it cleaned (something about polished vs unpolished concrete), but did his best anyway and didn't charge me for it. Extremely professional, polite, and honest. After Ernie was done, our roof was no longer a liability to the sale of our house.

Ernie promptly returned our call & explained that the cause of staining is a type of fungus, and how it can continue to spread if left untreated. He was able to schedule a cleaning within just a few days and went to great lengths to take care of our home, yard, and landscaping as he worked. He was very professional, friendly, and punctual.

Ernie came out and did the roof cleaning but told us to check the roof later once the sun came out to be sure he got all of the surface cleaned. Because our roof is so dark, it was hard for him to tell if he got everything when it was still moist from the cleaning. At the same time, he cleaned a strip at the back of our driveway for us to look at to ensure it was what we wanted. It took some days for us to be able to check the roof and we did find what appeared to be very light streaks in one or two areas. The driveway strip was fine. We scheduled Ernie to come back to complete the driveway, which he did very promptly. The results were very good. He also got back on the roof and worked on the remaining small streaks, even though they were barely visible to us, until they were completely gone. It is obvious Ernie is quite proud of his work, has a great work ethic and is definitely interested in quality customer service. He is a polite, conscientious and hardworking man. I'd recommend him and his services to anyone.

Not only did Ernie do an amazing job (my aging roof looks brand new!), but he was quick, honest and a pleasure to talk to. The roof cleaning was beyond my expectations. We are trying to sell our house and most buyers were concerned with the age of the roof. The first showing after Ernie cleaned our roof actually commented on how new our roof looked!. Ernie was also able to clean our deck with a low pressure that took off the dirt and mildew but left the stain. It looks almost as good as it did 4 years ago when we stained it! I would trust my house, car and children in the hands of Ernie. You can't go wrong with him!

Earle was able to give me a quote right over the phone and was able to schedule the work within 1 week. He personally performed the work, and it was quite a bigger task than I expected. He spent the whole day applying chenicals and then rinsing the roof and gutters from my two story 3500 sq, ft. home. When on the roof he is very careful using safety ropes at all times. I had other contractors working around the house at the same time as Earle, and he coordinated his efforts with theirs seemlessly without any aggravation. Earle found a leak in the roof at the chimney flashing. and then with the materials I provided, he repaired the situation in about 30 minutes and did not add any additional charges! What a great guy! I had three esttimates for this job ranging from Earl's lbid all the way up to almost twice his bid. I went with Earle not only because of price, but his clever method of bidding suggested to me a man who had the brain power to do the job right. I'm glad I guessed right! The roof looks good again and I will not have to paint the gutters to restore the finish.

I called two companies for estimates based on Angie's list ratings. Both were great with communication and price. I chose Ernie because all he does is roof stains and his website had great before and after pics. He worked with me to get a date that suited us. Showed up on the dot, did the work -- 5 1/2 hours withgout taking a break -- and then charged exactly what he had quoted. The roof looks great and Ernie was a pleasure to deal with.

I was very impressed with Bye-Bye Roof Stains. Ernie returned my initial call promptly and provided me with a quote via phone within 24 hours. We scheduled the work for about three weeks later. There was no communication between the scheduling of the appointment and the agreed upon date. However, I was pleasantly surprised to return home from work that day to find my roof clean. Moreover, Ernie had gone the extra mile and pressure washed my front steps and porch (I had mentioned the steps in our initial phone conversation but quite frankly didn't expect him to remember that). I would highly recommend Bye-Bye Roof Stains to others.

Mr. Ferrell was very punctual and showed up when he said he would. He did a fantastic job. The guttters are gleaming again, and the roof stains are gone. The house looks great. He did this entire job by himself.

Excellent experience. I emailed Ernie and he called me right away. He was able to do an estimate over the phone based on information he got off the internet (faxed picture of the house!) and scheduled me immediately based on my needs to get this done quickly. He showed up on schedule Monday morning and got right to work. He did a great job and we are very pleased with how the roof turned out. Cleaning the roof makes the house look much better than others in the neighborhood and because the house is for sale any little difference helps!
