Description of Work: Bryant enclosed a carport with garage door which was attached to a frame building. It presented a number of challenges one of which was installing a 20 foot long support beam. He was very professional, punctual, friendly and accommodating. I added a couple of changes during the construction which he graciously worked into the schedule. Everyone who has seen the finished structure comments on the quality of work. I highly recommend him.

Bryant always wants his work to be as near perfect as it can be. He is not one to let little things go. He makes sure that he does the work exactly as you ask and will take the time to make it that way. He will be honest with you and will be sure you are satisfied with the work before he leaves the work site

This company had rescued the basic foundation from complete collapse in August of 2009, but the owners at that time declined to have the issue of saggy, bouncy floors addressed. After living in the house for 2 years, we couldn't stand things falling off shelves every time you walked through a room. This is NOT an an exaggeration! I called every local contractor I could find and brought my problem to everyone I knew, but no one could offer help. One company tried and then realized the problem was beyond their ability to fix. I finally went back to the paperwork on the foundation re-build to see who had done that. Mr. Christopher remembered the property immediately and gave me more background on the condition and structure of my home. He knew exactly what needed to be done and gave us a written estimate. He discussed all the possible side effects of shifting floors in an old home. This company does NOT accept credit cards, so it took a couple of months for us to gather the cash to pay for the job. We paid Mr. Christoper when the materials were delivered to our home. We paid for the actual work done at the completion of the job. Mr. Christopher allowed us some flexibility in paying at the end since the job went far more quickly that I had anticipated. The difference in the feel of the house is MIRACULOUS! Every room feels rock solid when you walk through. We could not be happier.
Description of Work: 112 yro Craftsman bungalow had saggy, bouncy floors. Mr. Christopher and his crew entered the crawl space under the house, added re-inforcing 6x6's, jacked up each room to level and secured pillars in the center of each room. He also evaluated and advised us on moisture issues in the foundation and crawlspace and helped us correct them.
