+ -1 moreThe tech was to arrive between 1-5. It was 5:30 he wasn't there and had not called. I figured that he was not coming. Around 5:40 someone was at the door. It was the service tech. I told him I thought he was not coming and that he should have called. He was a very polite man. He got right to work. He asked me to tell him what was going on. We went outside and he did a lot of explaining about the system. He went under the house as well. He checked everything out. He determined that it was the thermostat. He replaced it and was on his way. He didn't leave until about 7:00. He did a great job.
Description of Work: The tech checked our entire system to find out why it was making a strange noise. He gave me a lesson in heating and cooling systems. Which I was happy with. No quick fix for him. We ended up needing a new thermostat.
