It went great! Not only was Mike early, the work was done quickly and efficiently and came in below the cost he had originally quoted. We will definitely use his services again if needed and we highly recommend him to anyone else!

Mike arrived on time, repaired washing machine, and it is working better than ever. Cost was very reasonable. He was quite knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him. I will certainly call him again for any future repairs.

If I could give Mike 0 stars, I would. My mother had him come to fix her washing machine. He told her it would be $500 and thankfully I was there and told her she needed to think about getting a new one instead of having that repaired. I told him that she needed time to think about the options and he said she needs to decide right now. He then told her that he hated it when family gets involved and he doesn’t stand a chance when that happens. He charged her for coming out, which is fine. When he was leaving, he stormed past me and I said bye and he said nothing. He was very angry that I stepped in and told my mom to take some time to research her options. I believe he takes advantage of older people and I would never recommend him!

Knowledgeable and did the job well ultimately. Unfortunately, appears quite disorganized regarding scheduling time, and shows a temperament that is short and rude.

Mike was great diagnosing the problem, and communication while get the part and working with my schedule. He fixed the issue and even replaced the light bulb in freezer at no extra cost. Would use him again for when I have an issue with my appliances.

Mike gave suggestions to try first before coming to look at the appliance. Will try and call back if needed.

Not his fault, but had to wait from Friday until Tuesday for the computer board to be ordered and delivered. Once he returned, there was also an inverter that needed replacing. Although he went to a local supply store and purchased it and came back same day to fix it - it ended up costing me right at $600. The senior discount was $14. Woop to Do, Basil! Ouch. My main complaint was his “lecturing”…. Putting too much in my freezer? That is why my freezer shelves keep falling down? Really? IDK, maybe he was just trying to teach me about kitchen appliances…. But I am 65 years old and don’t give a rats a** about voltage, etc. Just fix the darned thing! Sorry - but will def NOT have him back. Very irritating personality.

Slow, overpriced. Would have been better to purchase a new dishwasher.

Found Mike on line. He came out just when he said he would. He found the problem, ordered the needed part from LG and was back within the week and fixed it. By the time he came back, water was leaking from the ice maker. He fixed that also . We will call him again if in need of appliance repairs.

*RACIAL DISCRIMINATION* I reached out to Mike’s Appliance Services for a $76 service call on our refrigerator due to the fridge side not getting cold. He came out and quoted over $300 to fix it. I told him I needed to talk it over with my wife and will let him know later in the day. He then became agitated and handed me a bill for $116. I questioned the $116 bill, as the service fee originally agreed to was $76. He said the extra $40 was for labor. I told him I was would pay the previously agreed upon $76, but since the $40 labor fee had not been mentioned, I would not pay $116. He became very aggressive, and said “YOU PEOPLE always give me trouble.” I asked what he meant by “you people,” specifically questioning if he was referring to the fact that I am a BLACK MAN. He exclaimed, “YES!” He called me a “**** kid” and pushed my shoulder against the wall. He was getting loud and had refused to leave my home. My four young daughters and my mother-in-law witnessed the abusive and toxic exchange along with the prejudiced remarks. Mike’s Appliance Services is A BIGOT AND RACIST! We had to call the Police to solve this matter. This is so disappointing and I am appalled by the behavior this so-called man displayed especially in front of my children!

Great. Both appliances were repaired and no return visits were required.

He diagnosed the problem from a phone conversation we had. I supplied the model # & serial # and he ordered the part. Part arrived the next day. Mike gave a call to set up a repair time which we did. He arrived on time and performed the repair and the washer has been running flawlessly since. I have used Mike on several occasions over the last 7 years, He arrives on time, does what he says he will do , again in a timely manner and his pricing is fair. That is why I continue to use his services. I would highly recommend Mike.
