 + -1 moreI called AlyAins and A - he answered the phone. (Always a plus) B - Set up an appointment as soon as possible. C - Showed up on the time and on the date agreed to. He was fast and efficient, and hopefully, we will no longer have an issue as he was able to fix in short order. I will be sure to call again if we have other issues, or when maintenance is needed.
Description of Work: We had some ongoing issues with our two yr old duel fuel system that could not get resolved with the initial contractor. Apparently, the draft inducer port was clogged per this visit.

Description of Work: I called on a Saturday evening and was surprised to have some one answer. While I wouldn't expect that to always be expected, it was certainly nice. He worked with me on my availability and was prompt and polite. He was understanding that I didn't know what exactly was going on with the system in my new house. He looked at it and took the time to explain what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. They were able to service both of my HVAC systems that morning. I felt that he was very easy to work with. I will be calling him for my fall maintenance and any future needs that arrive.

They were expeditious in their work and left us with a quality job well done. They were pleasant and respectful and their rates were extremely reasonable. We would recommend him to any of our friends.

Description of Work: Scott came out and diagnosed our AC very shortly after I called him. He determined he had to get a replacement part and drove over an hour away the same afternoon and returned later to fix it so that we would have a cool house that night. Excellent service, excellent price. Fast, friendly and efficient. We will definitely call him for any future needs.

 + -1 moreIf we ever need him, he is always right there. I highly recommended them to others who have used him as well. I wished I could give him an A+.
Description of Work: He comes out every fall and spring to check all of our systems; we have 4 of them. His price is better than others that we have got estimates from and have used in the past. I love him and his daughter and we knew the owner when he worked for other companies. We always asked for him, because he was always honest with us. He is awesome and we have been with him ever since he started his own company.

 + -1 moreWe arrived home Thursday evening with no AC, and called Scott, the owner of Alyains, after 6:30. He asked that we turn the AC off but run the fans, and he would be there the next morning between 8-9. The next day, he was here at 8:15 and let us know that the unit had caught on fire at some point. He replaced the air compressor, burnt wires and replenished the freon. I don't know of any HVAC service that you could get in contact with after hours, speak with the owner, be there the following morning, and repair the unit for such a fair price.
