These guys did a great job for me on a home lot. I needed the lot graded, a building moved and a 150â trench put in for utilities and it was all done exactly as I asked. Iâ ll be using them for all of my future projects!

My home was built in 1968. When it would rain my sump pump was running all the time due to water seeping through the concrete block. I hired Andrew 4 years ago to waterproof the back of my house. His team dug down to the foundation, waterproofed, installed plastic sheeting, gravel and new drainage pipe. They also ran rain water from the gutter piping it to a drainage pipe located at the road. I have no more leaking from the back of the house. Andrew is honest and a hard worker and gave me a very reasonable price. I would hire him again. Mark C

Friendly, responsive, and super fast

Ramirez Grading has worked three projects on my property. First was a total lot clearing including some complex tree removal. The lot was cleared, leveled and prepared for seeding. The second was removal of hurricane downed trees and stump removal. Project three was additional clearing and storm damaged tree removal. All the work met my expectations. The work was done in a professional manner in a timely manner.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, the final project turned out great! They cleared approximately two thirds of an acre for the house plus cleared my drain field area.I thought their pricing was reasonable and they left the property ready for the home builder. A job well done.
