I submitted my request to service magic in at 10 am and Thad was here by 1:30 the same day. He was able to come in and assess the situation of our project and make recommendations for what would be need to complete the project and which parts a plumber would be required for (and which parts we could do ourselves). We had a good experience and I would say the price was definitely fair for the work completed. I plan to recommend them to any friend in need.

The sump pump was replaced on Christmas day. They were at the house om time.

I had a weekend emergency and they came. They were very thorough.

The overall experience with Pro Plumbing was good. The technician was a hour late for the scheduled appointment. The price of $244.00 to set a toilet seemed a bit too expensive.

The technician came in and identified the source of the leak and made recommendations for fixing the problem. I was out of town when he came to do the work and I was apprehensive about not being there when he came. He answered questions and offered options for the solution to the problem. He quoted a price prior to doing the work and it seemed reasonable. He called me back when the job was finished and was professional in his communication with me.

I hired them to repair a damaged and backing up sewer. They were very professional, were honesst about various options and resonably priced. They replaced the sewer line replaced and the work was done quickly and the yard was left with very little mess considering the job. I would highly recommend Pro Plumbing Services!

This company exceeded my expectations. Thad came to my home on a SUNDAY night. He would have put a new water heater in that night but we decided to do it the next day. He came with all of the tools necessary to install our new water heater and to fix a wiring problem. He did this in a torrential downpour. He was prompt and courteous. We will use him again!

Pro Plumbing Services called me within seconds of submitting my inquiry & completed the job that day. It ended up being a little more involved than originally planned due to the age of my home & plumbing fixtures, however, he worked with me until 8:30pm to finish the job. They are truly professional & follow through on every little detail they commit to. I will use them for any plumbing needs we have in the future!

Very professional and gave me options up for with prices for each. Did noit bring heater with him and had to return after picking one up. He cleaned up after himself and was finished within 4 hours of talking to him on the phone.

Thad showed up when he said he would, even called to let me know they were on the way. They had all the tools they needed in their truck and were able to start repairs immediately. They cleaned up during and after their work, so there was limited impact to our living spaces.

Very thorough, professional and informative about options without any sales pressure. Even had a snafu with a leak on one of the items worked on (not anyone's fault, could have happened for a number of reasons) but their response when called was one of concern and that they would fix it without question and did so very quickly. Will definately call again for urgent and routine plumbing needs!
